Inspiring has recently been awarded two Grants by the WA Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, to support the development of our Spacer Device.

Innovation Booster Grant

Inspiring received $40,000 from a 2023 Innovation Booster Grant to support preclinical testing for our Spacer Device. Innovation Booster Grants support Western Australian start-ups to commercialise WA innovations by accessing professional skills, services or knowledge, by supporting relationships between between innovators, research providers and specialist commercialisation support services. Inspiring will use this funding to conduct further benchscale testing with our preclincal partners Ab Initio Pharma.

Local Capability Fund - Health and Medical Life Sciences

Inspiring has also been awarded $20,000 from the Local Capability Fund: Health and Medical Life Sciences. This funding round provided support for seven WA-Based life sciences companies to gain accreditation for internationally recognised quality standards. Inspiring will utilise this funding, together with our Quality Management Partner ORA Innovations to implement and gain accreditation to ISO13485:2016, the critical international quality standard for medical devices.
